The Impervious Surface Ordinance passed through Miami-Dade County's County Infrastructure, Operations and Innovations Committee unanimously this morning. The ordinance is meant to bring integrated stormwater management throughout the region for better water quality and quantity. That means less flooding and less pollution for our communities. Kyle Spohn (pictured here) and Jennifer Jacoby gave our comment today at the meeting.

The Miami Climate Alliance along with the CLEO Institute and Miami-Dade County are offering comprehensive Extreme Weather Trainings from May 29th through June 29th.

Virtual & In-Person options are available along with sessions in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.
