Nobody really talks about that part.

You prayed for the clients.
The opportunities.
The growth.

Then it comes.

And now you’re somewhere between “I made it happen” and “I want more” when you realize…

More growth keeps requiring more of YOU.

More of your time.
More of your attention.
More hats for you to wear.

And there’s only so much of you to go around.

But what if I told you that more success shouldn’t always require more of you?

Most buyers focus heavily on the price of the house; and yes, the price absolutely plays a role.

But the price alone does not tell you what that home will truly cost you each month.

A higher-priced home with lower property taxes and no association fee could potentially have a more affordable monthly payment than a lower-priced home with higher taxes, expensive insurance, and a large HOA fee.

That’s why we have to look at the full picture:

• Purchase price
• Interest rate
• Property taxes
• Homeowners insurance
• Association fees, if any
• How the overall deal is structured

The price gets your attention, but the complete monthly payment determines what you can comfortably afford long-term.

Buying a home isn’t only about finding one you love. It’s about understanding the numbers, being prepared to move, and having the right strategy behind you when you do.

If I could go back and tell the younger me one thing…
Keep going. God knows exactly what He’s doing. 🤍

The closed doors. The heartbreak. The detours. The prayers I thought went unanswered. The seasons that made absolutely no sense while I was living through them…

None of it was wasted.

Looking back now, I can see God’s hand in places where I once only saw disappointment.

He was protecting me.
Preparing me.
Redirecting me.
And answering prayers I didn’t even know how to pray yet.

I’m still becoming. Still growing. Still trusting.

But whewww… if younger Karena could see us now. 🥹

He kept every promise.
None of me. All of Him. 🤍

For a long time, my prayers sounded like, “How, God?”

How is this going to work?
How are You going to make a way?
How are You going to heal this?
How are You going to restore this?
How are You going to do what You promised?

Now, I find myself saying…

Wow, God.

Today’s video is a little different. If you know me, you know I’m naturally private. You see the work, but you don’t often see the woman behind it. You don’t see my family, the silent prayers, the tears, the sleepless nights, the moments of uncertainty, or the seasons where I questioned everything.

But God has been so good to me.

Today, I watched my son walk into second grade, and my heart overflowed thinking about how far God has brought him. I thought about the prayers nobody knew I prayed. I thought about the relationships God has placed in my life, the way He has taught me what healthy love looks like, the doors He’s opening in business that I couldn’t have opened on my own, and how He’s allowing me to be blessed so I can be a blessing to others.

I needed my “How, God?” season to prepare me for my “Wow, God.” season. Every tear, every delay, every unanswered question, and every moment of uncertainty was building the faith I have today.

I’m not sharing this because life is perfect. I’m sharing it because God is faithful.

If you’re in your “How, God?” season, don’t stop believing. One day you’ll look back at everything He carried you through, and your questions will become your testimony.

I’m praying that your own “Wow, God” moments are closer than you think. 🤍
