There is some great news for Home Buyers and Sellers! Zillow & Trulia are now displaying local listings again, BUT... as usual there is a BUT.... there is a system glitch affecting several real estate search websites.

Some properties that are already sold, withdrawn, or no longer available are still incorrectly showing as active online, which can create confusion for buyers trying to search for homes.

Thank you to the power of REMAX our listings are back on Zillow!!!!!

🚨 Zillow Isn’t Showing Every Listing 🚨

There’s been a major split between Zillow and our local MLS (MRED).

Our MLS allows sellers to choose how their homes are marketed, including strategies that don’t immediately syndicate listings to sites like Zillow. Zillow recently began restricting certain listings based on those seller choices, and because that conflicts with MLS rules and seller control, the MLS terminated Zillow’s listing feed.

What does that mean for buyers?
You may not be seeing every available home if you’re relying only on Zillow.

And honestly, that may not be a bad thing. Zillow has long added information sellers never asked for including Zestimates, climate risk scores, days on market history, and redirects buyer inquiries away from the actual listing agent.

Now more than ever, working directly with a local REALTOR® matters.
