One of the biggest traps people fall into is building their identity around external validation.

Likes.
Approval.
Praise.
Being understood.
Being accepted.
Being told they’re “right.”

The problem is external validation is unstable because it depends entirely on other people’s moods, beliefs, biases, projections, trends, and comfort levels.

If your self-worth requires constant agreement from the outside world, you’ll spend your life shape-shifting to avoid rejection.

That’s not empowerment.
That’s dependency.

Self-validation is different.

It’s the ability to trust your own judgment even when other people don’t immediately understand you.
It’s knowing who you are without needing consensus from the crowd.
It’s being willing to disappoint people rather than abandon yourself.

Not everyone is supposed to approve of you.
And honestly, if everyone does, you’re probably filtering yourself too much. 👁️

I cringe every time I hear someone say we need to “normalize” something.

Most of the time, what they really mean is:

“Please think, behave, speak, react, and live in a way that makes me more comfortable.”

No thanks.

I’m not interested in being socially flattened down into whatever the current acceptable group setting is.

People are different.
Values are different.
Thresholds are different.
Beliefs are different.

And honestly? The obsession with trying to “normalize” everything feels less like empowerment and more like social conditioning with softer branding.

You don’t need my behavior, opinions, personality, boundaries, or life choices to mirror yours in order to feel secure.

Stop trying to normalize me so you can stay comfortable.

I watched Dr. Steven Greer’s conference for a bit today, and regardless of what people believe about extraterrestrials, one thing stood out:

The bigger issue may not be aliens.
It may be how conditioned people have become to wait for permission to question things. 👽

That should concern everyone.

If even a fraction of what’s being discussed about suppressed technology, hidden programs, or manipulated narratives is true, then this conversation stops being just about UFOs. It becomes about power, transparency, consciousness, and who gets to decide what the public is ‘ready’ to know.

And honestly?
Blind skepticism is just as intellectually lazy as blind belief.

Critical thinking requires the ability to sit in uncertainty without immediately outsourcing your opinions to authority, media, religion, or groupthink.

Also, immediately labeling anything unknown as ‘demonic’ is not discernment. It’s fear-based conditioning.

Throughout history, humanity has repeatedly mocked, feared, condemned, or spiritualized things it didn’t yet understand. That pattern is worth paying attention to too.

I swear this is Bizzaro world.

Sunday wasn't meant to be another Monday. 🙏🏽

But somewhere along the way, it became meal prep, catching up, and low-grade anxiety about the week ahead.

You deserve better than that.

Your Sunday practice doesn't have to be complicated. It just has to be intentional.

What does your ideal Sunday look like? Tell me in the comments 👇🏽

Not knowing who you are anymore isn't a crisis.

It's an invitation. 🤍

The woman you're looking for didn't disappear. She's just been buried under all the doing, the serving, the performing.

Start with these 3 questions. Go slowly. Be honest.

She's still there.

Surrender doesn't mean you stopped caring.

It means you stopped carrying what was never yours to carry. 🙏🏽

This one is for the women who are white-knuckling their way through life, trying to control what God already has in His hands.

You can let go. I promise it's safe.

You're not broken. You're just not the same person you used to be.

And somehow, that feels like a problem. 💛

The grief of changing is real. The discomfort of not fitting into who you were anymore is real.

But so is the freedom that comes from letting her go.

Save this one for the days when you miss who you were. 🤍

Rest is not something you earn.

It's something you practice. 🤍

The women who burn out the hardest are the ones who were told rest was a reward — and kept waiting until they deserved it.

Which type of rest are you skipping most? Drop it below 👇🏽

I was "fine." I had been "fine" for years.

Until I wasn't.

The breakdown I was afraid of? It looked like a Tuesday afternoon where I just couldn't pretend anymore.

Turns out "fine" is just what we call it when we've been running so long we forgot what it feels like to stop.

If you're in your "fine" era — this is for you. 🤍
