JeffCAP (Jefferson Parish Community Action Programs) is offering assistance to qualifying families in the form of a $100 voucher to purchase school uniforms from a participating vendor. This program will assist families that have experienced a hardship over the past year.

Eligibility requirements are:
👕 Louisiana photo identification or Driver’s License (all adults)
👕 Social Security Card/ITIN (all household members)
👕 Jefferson Parish residency
👕 Birth certificate, legal guardianship documents, or official
adoption documentation for all qualifying children
👕 Proof of Jefferson Parish School enrollment for all qualifying children (i.e. report card, progress report, school schedule, etc.)
👕 Pre-K through 12th grade ONLY
👕 Current household income (all household members)

Restrictions:
👕 Maximum limit of five (5) qualifying children per household.
👕 Vouchers are nontransferable and no cash back.
