Be aware - the AZ courts had a cyber attack. Individuals whose sensitive information might have been accessed during the cyberattack include those with protective orders, parties in Foster Care Review Board Recommendation Reports, and individuals referred to the court's FARE debt collection program.

An Arizona Court Cyberattack Alert Hub has been created to offer the latest and most accurate information and resources for affected individuals. Access to the hub is on the azcourts.gov homepage or directly at azcourts.gov/cybersecurityalert.

Remember FinCEN? There is a new press release about it.
"Today, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is issuing a final rule that permanently removes the requirement for U.S. companies and U.S. persons to report beneficial ownership information to FinCEN under the Corporate Transparency Act. The final rule is effective on its publication in the Federal Register. FinCEN today also announced that it will delete previously reported information by U.S. persons—now exempt from the reporting requirements—from the beneficial ownership information database.
