One of the first calls an injury victim gets is from the insurance company. It is in the insurance carrier's best interest to get you to accept the smallest settlement amount possible.

Before you give a recorded statement, sign anything, or speak to anyone, be sure to contact a PI (Personal Injury) attorney to understand your options.

Shoot us a message or give us a call. Remember just because you call an attorney doesn't mean you have to use them. Only sign with an attorney if they make you feel comfortable and seem to be knowledgeable.

The more cases we take and the more people we help, the more we hear about other firms and other fee schedules and friends have friends that know (etc)... Let us tell you, often times you truly do get what you pay for. GOOD attorneys take fees because GOOD attorneys do real work that takes time and patience and most the time they pay GOOD staff to help them. A GOOD attorney will not reduce or discount fees because the fee is the incentive to do GOOD work. GOOD work = GOOD payouts. SHODDY work = SHODDY payouts.

If you get into an auto collision and aren't immediately taken to an ER, it is wise to go to an Urgent Care or Family Physician soon after to get any aches or pains seen/documented. If they believe you need to have any scans, x-rays, or any other specialty tests run UC or P*P will order you to get said tests or scans done. Urgent Care will see you faster and more affordably than a hospital so will your Primary Care Physician. Again this is if you are in a wreck and are not immediately rushed to the hospital. (Minor Injuries)
