What a special closing this was. This home hit the market on the buyer’s birthday and closed on the seller’s birthday—just one of those moments where everything seems to fall into place exactly how it’s meant to be.

It was an honor to help with a home that held so many memories, and to be part of a process that meant so much to everyone involved. Wishing the sellers all the best in their next chapter and the new owners so much happiness as they make this house their own.
