⏱️ Days on market: 33 (-2.9% YoY)
📦 Inventory: 1,478 (+13.4% YoY)

🏡 CANYON COUNTY
💵 Median price: $444,900 (+2.6% YoY)
✅ Homes sold: 522 (+12.0% YoY)
