Upset about the Supreme Court decision today! Upset that they took our bodily autonomy! Upset for my daughter, niece, and all the women in my life that will grow in a much different America than we did! Upset for what’s to come! Upset on behalf of friends and family because they basically said they’re coming for same s*x marriage next! This cannot be yet it is! It was coming but it doesn’t sting any less!

Ayer nos llegaron 2 aprobaciones más de 2 residencias para una pareja que tienen aquí desde el 2000 y 2002 respectivamente. Pudieron arreglar por medio de la 245(i).

¿Cuanto tomo el caso? Empezaron desde el año 1997!! Yo les estuve ayudando desde más o menos el 2016, si recuerdo correctamente. Pero el ajuste en si, lo enviamos el año pasado.

La felicidad de mis clientes fue lo máximo!! Uno de ellos recientemente perdió a su mamá y uno de los mayores anhelos de ella era ver a su hijo con estatus. Hasta el cielo señora en el día de las madres le envío su hijo la noticia!

Y por cierto se me fue la voz, así que si me necesitan hoy, envíenme texto al 209-560-6625.

Today we got 2 green cards (adjustment of status) approved for my clients who are proud parents of a member of the U.S. Armed Forces.

We’ve been working on this case for quite a few years now.

One of them had multiple entries, voluntary return after 1997, and some other issues. We did FOIAs, we did a parole in place, work permit, PIP again, and finally the green card!

I don’t know how many times I checked and double checked my dates and calculations were correct as well as my legal analysis regarding other potential inadmissibilty issues. Glad that the hard work paid off. And we now have 2 legal permanent residents!!

Hard work pays off! Appreciative of the trust they placed in me!

Also, Fresno has been scheduling Adjustment of Status interviews (which were on hold for a while), expect those to be rolling in. Got one in the mail today and we have an interview for another next week.

This was a mailed in advance parole that took about 4 months to be approved. But best of all is that this one is for someone extremely especial to me and my firm! We talked about it and then Trump took office and it was no longer a possibility and well now here we are! I’m incredibly happy for my client!! Best little surprise checking the case status randomly!

Today my uncle became a U.S. citizen!! ¡Felicidades tío! We also got an approval out of Cd. Juárez, my client is now a legal permanent resident; and, an Advance Parole grant out of the Fresno Field office. Quite a productive week with amazing news for our clients and family!

Hoy my tío se hizo ciudadano Americano! ¡Felicidades tío! Y también nos aprobaron un residencia en Cd. Juárez y un Advance Parole en la oficina de Fresno de emergencia! Una semana muy productive y con excelentes noticias para nuestros clientes y familia!
