🎓 Officially a C.V.A.R. Leadership Academy Graduate!

This experience has been about so much more than learning about leadership. It pushed me outside of my comfort zone, helped me become more confident in my voice, and challenged me to grow both personally and professionally.

I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing up, continuing to learn, building relationships, and finding ways to make a difference.

I’m so grateful for the people I’ve met, the experiences we’ve shared, and everything I’m taking away from this journey.

Graduation may mark the end of the academy, but I have a feeling this is just the beginning. ❤️
