We’re a growing construction company looking to add a solid, reliable member to our crew. Our team is made up of a small in-house crew along with trusted subcontractors, so the ability to work well with others and be a true team player is a must.

Most of our work consists of full renovations on vacant residential properties.

We’re looking for someone with experience in some (not necessarily all) of the following:
* Plumbing
* Masonry
* Floor leveling
* Drywall hanging
* Finish fixture installation
* Basic carpentry
* Basic electrical

What we value:
* Pride in your work
* Attention to detail
* Efficiency and a sense of urgency
* Ability to work independently and with a team

Important:
This position is not an entry-level role. Applicants should have real, hands-on construction experience and be comfortable working independently on renovation tasks.

Position details:
* Full-time position
* Pay: 1099-$30/hour and up, based on experience.
* Work locations: Lake County, Geauga County, and occasionally Cuyahoga County
