Not house related BUT 📣 I have to give a shout out to our local Merton Feed Company ! Being a new chicken owner, I had a lot of questions and some misinformation that was already given to me. I went here for the first time today, and I am so lucky that we have this place within our community. Very helpful, so informative and pointed me in the right direction. This is going to be my go to place. If you live in the area and have a need that they can fulfill, I would highly recommend!

🥰We have been in our home for almost 6 years. The amount of work we have put into it so far is amazing when I take a step back to think about it!
This house was very different when we purchased.
We are slowly trying to create a place that we don't feel the need to vacation from. This is going to be the place we WANT to STAYcation in. More to keep evolving.

Don't let your dreams pass you by because it isn't the "perfect" house. Nothing is perfect, but you can always take your time turning it into your dream home.

👋HI! If I care this much about details in our chicken coop, just imagine what I do to help my clients out.

Have I ever gotten on my hands and knees and cleaned my clients home? -yes ✅️
Have I ever painted a deck last minute to pass appraisal? -yes ✅️
Have I watched clients cry from a death in the family and held their hand? -yes ✅️
Have I helped to pack some boxes? -yes ✅️
Have I sat and listened to all the memories in a home? -yes ✅️

Sometimes for clients the most important part of picking a realtor isn't who has sold the most homes in a year...most of the time I hear that they care the most about the actual person sitting at their kitchen table listening to them and helping them in whatever transition it is that they are facing.

➡️That is who I am. I am the Realtor who listens, cares, works hard, goes the extra mile, and will walk you through every step of the way. Most sales are not perfect, so when I am needed to listen and problem solve, I am there!

💥This closing was something special! My client had worked so hard to be able to purchase her first home! I am so happy to have been able to help guide her through this process and get to the closing table. There may have been some hiccups along the way, but everyone made it through

✨️This year brought a big change to my career, creating my team Harmonizing Homes Realty Group. Working with my sister has brought me new ideas, a different motivation, new outlooks, and growth.
Every day may not have been perfect but nothing ever is!
I am learning every day and I look forward to see what the systems we have put together will do for 2026!
