🥰This closing was extra special! I had the privilege of helping someone I have known for basically my entire life from my previous church home. She contacted me a couple months ago saying it was time for a big life change and finally sell her beloved home. She built this home over 60 years ago with her husband and created so many memories with her family.
The new owners knew right away this was the home for them, from the moment they saw the plaque by the front door. There will be new memories made and lots of love continuing in this home.
Some closings are bitter sweet and bring happy tears!

⏯️I have always said this is a people business. I love to get to know my clients and I love for them to also get to know me. Our daughter is an Irish dancer, and I had the privilege to perform with her this weekend.

I am so grateful I got to help this amazing family purchase their new home! To shorten the story, my church called a new pastor, shortly after I get a call to help find a home. Within less than 36 hours later they had an accepted offer. All through the wonders of technology on our phones, they knew it was the right one.
Our church got volunteers to help on closing day to unload the truck and help them get started. When I pulled up to their new home to help unload some boxes, it was heart warming to see all of the cars parked on the street to help!

All client's story is different and I am blessed to be a small part of it 🥰

This was a special day! I helped my cousin purchase his first home about 9 years ago, and this week his wife and family bought their forever home 🥰
They had a vision for the life they want to create in the home and I know they are going to make it extra special!
As an extra bonus it is a hop, skip, and a jump to Michelle's house and my house ❤️

🏡My husband and I have owned 3 homes. The first home we purchased, we were young and starting a family; I was 8 months pregnant. Looking back at our decision, I don't think I would have changed the home we bought.
Here are my takeaways with why we bought that house and why I wouldn't change a thing.
1) We had a life situation where we needed to move because of needing the space
2) It was not perfect BUT we knew it would fullfill what we needed and that we could make it into our own at that time of our lives
3) The location was close to freeway access and amenities
4) It was well within our budget! Which because of the life situation was a huge plus

🔑 If you are looking to purchase your first home, make a list of priorities, not just what you want in a house, but also your life priorities. That does make a difference!
