For nearly five years, I’ve lived through what can only be described as legalized injustice. I’ve been forced to defend myself against fraudulent foreclosure, procedural sabotage, and threats of sanctions — all while the people responsible hid behind institutions, titles, and technicalities.

I have the receipts. Emails. Ledgers. Recordings. Filings. Everything.

But I’ve chosen to withhold names — for now. Not because they don’t deserve to be exposed. But because the system is watching, and the story must be told the right way, with undeniable truth.

There will come a time — and it is soon — when the names behind the misconduct will be known. When this case is resolved, I will not stay silent.

**Because when courts protect the wrongdoers and punish the ones seeking justice, silence is no longer safety. Silence is surrender.**

And I haven’t come this far to surrender.
