Our office phone forwarding issue has been resolved, so we can be reached at 901-236-7859 as usual. I will keep this page updated as the week goes along and we hopefully get back into the office building.

All, our building (Brinkley Plaza) is currently shut down due to flooding and electrical issues. We are working to have the phones forwarded and to reschedule appointments, but in the meantime, if you need anything at all - please reach out to [email protected] and we will get you taken care of.

Memphis-Based Experienced Immigration Attorney

Ryan J. Spickard graduated cm laude from the University of Memphis School of Law in 2014. During law school, Ryan was an active member of the University of Memphis Law Review and the Moot Court Board.

Ryan's primary area of practice is immigration law. He assists clients with applying for permanent residence in the United States, petitioning for family members, obtaining visas for business and investment purposes, and the naturalization process.

Ryan is also passionate about protecting immigrants who are facing removal in Immigration Court. He has successfully helped numerous persecuted children and individuals receive asylee status in the United States where they are now able to remain safely away from the dangers they fled in their home countries.

Besides immigration law, Ryan also has experience with business formation and management, along with probate and estate matters, enabling him to go above and beyond in assisting his clients with any variety of issues they may be experiencing.
