As a Realtor, on a daily basis we can talk to people that has so many different housing situations going on.

Unfortunately Domestic Violence/S e x Trafficking/Abuse can create all kinds of housing instabilities ( for men and women) and while I am here to help each family secure stable housing. I recently learned about Safe at home program.

October is recognized as Domestic Violence Month did you know we, The State of Tennessee has a "Safe At Home" program that applicant can get a "substitute " mailing address for important documents and such.

When I ask future homebuyers what is keeping them from buying a home the number #3 answer I have gotten is...

"I am/might/thinking about moving out of town". When I hear that I am then intrigued to ask more questions to uncover what they are really saying.

Getting in the game of Real Estate puts you in a better position to make certain moves in the future. You can not fully benefit if the ball is not in your court.
