🚗 Florida Is a No-Fault State…What Does That Mean?

If you’ve been injured in a car accident in Florida, your own insurance is typically the first to pay for your medical expenses regardless of who caused the crash.

Here’s what you need to know about Personal Injury Protection (PIP):

✅ PIP covers up to $10,000 in medical expenses and certain lost wages after a crash.
✅ You must seek medical treatment within 14 days of the accident to qualify for PIP benefits.
✅ PIP generally pays 80% of reasonable medical expenses and 60% of lost wages, up to your policy limits.
