These past few weeks my business partner Robert Azaltovic Jr. and I have had the amazing opportunity to help out a 71 y/o lady, Ms Laura who was in pre-foreclosure, had her water shut off with no family or friends, just her and her 2 cats. She was going to lose her house that she's been in since the 80's and be left on the side of the road in her car that barely ran. I would like to give thanks to God first for bringing us together and giving me the wisdom and resources to help her get into a new home, get her car fixed, pay off her debts, save her credit, and let her live the rest of her life in a comfortable situation. I would like to thank Top Wrench Automotive for getting her car fixed immediately and helping us get her back on the road with a safe and reliable ride. Huge shout out to Rob for teaching me the skills that I used to connect with Laura and help her out of her sticky situation.
If you or someone you know has a sticky situation with their real estate, have them give me a call. Nobody should deal with a pre-foreclosure especially with this economy and nobody should have to deal with the struggles of frustrating probates after the loss of a loved one. If someone you know has lost a loved one and is not sure what to do with the real estate their loved one owned, have them call me. The same thing goes for the pre-foreclosures. It's getting around Christmas time and nobody deserves to live on the streets this holiday season.
