The Supreme Court considered a request by Missouri prosecutors and the federal government to rule that warrants are not needed to obtain blood samples in drunken-driving cases.

ATTENTION DELCO DRIVERS

The Northern Delaware County DUI Taskforce will be conducting Roving Patrols during the night of Friday, September 23, 2011 within it's jurisdictional area.

The Northern Delaware County DUI Taskforce is comprised of six municipalities - Haverford, Marple, Newtown, Radnor, Springfield & Upper Darby Townships. It has been in operation since September 2009 and has conducted 22 operations to date. The taskforce has arrested 63 drivers for Driving Under the Influence of alcohol or drugs, issued 23 citations for underage drinking, 338 citations and 275 warnings for other motor vehicle violations.
