Our Client, a 47 year old woman was hit by a car in Hicksville. The accident happened when the driver sped through a parking lot, crashed through a wooded gate, and then entered the street, hitting our client and causing her to suffer very serious injuries. CC, our client came to our firm, Jacoby & Jacoby to recover compensation for her injuries and we commenced a claim against the driver of the car that hit her as well as the car's owner.
