Heads up! 🚗 We'll be partnering with Jackson County Sheriff Oregon and Oregon State Police to conduct a Saturation Patrol tomorrow (9/29) and Saturday (9/30) from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. along Highway 62/Crater Lake Highway.

We'll be focusing on speed and distracted driving, which is a significant cause of the crashes we've been seeing.

The consequences of speeding and distracted driving are serious, costly, and deadly. If you’re driving, watch your speed, keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road. 👍

‘Twas the night before 4/20, the kush was all ground and rolled with such care. W**d cookies stacked up in hopes that Snoop Dogg would soon be there.

We’d like to remind those partaking in 4/20 to do so responsibly and not drive impaired. Please make a joint decision with your friends on who the sober driver will be. Prepare for the day by buying your munchies ahead of time or getting Door Dash.

MISSED CONNECTIONS: It was a cold, gloomy day on the 15th of March but I was hopeful you would bring me some warmth and sunshine. You were at the Walmart wearing a black Adidas hat, plaid shirt, blue jeans, and a black & white North Face jacket. The upside down writing and your concealment of merchandise gave you an air of mystery. You were the bad boy type I’ve heard the ladies talk about.

I was on my way to come meet you and had just washed my black and white SUV. I even brought you some gifts; a pair of shiney bracelets and free place to stay for the evening.

I was so excited to meet you, but alas! The time never came. You pushed a shopping cart of merchandise out an emergency exit door and ran to your dark gray sedan. Like Cinderella’s prince, I searched all over for you, but you vanished into the night.

I have nothing now but a hollow place where my heart used to be and an empty patrol car back seat. I guess I’ll go buy myself flowers and write my own name in the sand.
