It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our friend and colleague, Joe Woltmann, on August 23, following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Joe joined Harvey & Driggs as an attorney in January 2025, focusing on small business and real estate transactional work. In the short time we had with him, Joe became a valued member of our firm. Even while facing incredibly difficult circumstances, he continued to bring kindness and humor to those around him. He was just a sweet, joyful guy.

We are grateful for the opportunity to have known Joe and to have been a small part of his journey. Our hearts are with Joe’s parents, family, friends, and all who loved him.

Rest peacefully, Joe. You will always be part of the Harvey & Driggs family. 🤍
