The Social Security Administration has recently announced that live hearings will be offered to a very limited class of individuals. These live hearings may be available for children, the homeless, some veterans, and some older claims. Contact us to discuss.

Our Story

With more than 40 years of combined experience, Harbison & Kavanagh has successfully protected and delivered positive, life-changing outcomes to those fighting Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability (SSD), and SSI cases. When you or your loved one’s well-being is in jeopardy, we’re the loyal and experienced lawyers that will help you recover any and all rightful benefits. Our passion is also followed by a plan to secure your future. Contact us today for a no-fee initial consultation with one of our attorneys. A phone consultation with one of our partners is a no-fee opportunity to review your case. We’ll be able to determine if your accident, illness or injury would benefit from formal representation, and if so, suggest the next step. We may recommend an in-person meeting to discuss your case and answer your questions. We understand that anxiety and confusion with legal jargon can accompany any case — especially when they involve your health and well-being — so we’ll guide you with understandable language. Your legal team will be reliably available via email or phone and we will return your messages promptly. Our legal services include initial claim submission, depositions, discovery, administrative hearings, litigation, trial presentations, appeals, settlement negotiations, and the settlement process. We also handle details known as “maintenance issues” that may include reimbursement for your out-of-pocket medical expenses, prescription coverage issues, cost of living adjustments, mileage reimbursements, and other issues that arise in most workers’ compensation claims.
