Wedding, Couples and Senior Portrait Photographer. Terms and Conditions

1. The Photographer shall reserve the time and date agreed upon.

It is understood that Whitt Haven Photography (Jessica Whitt) is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested.
2. No part of any order, including proofs or previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
3. Whitt Haven Photography (Jessica Whitt) reserves the right to use images created for advertising, display, publication or other pur

poses. The client warrants that he or she has the actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use.
4. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Whitt Haven Photography (Jessica Whitt).
5. Notice of copyright: It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without Whitt Haven Photography's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
7. Whitt Haven Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session.

- Balance due at time of photo shoot.
- Whitt Haven Photography does NOT offer unedited photographs.
- No shows are subject to being charged full shoot price.
- Deposits are non-refundable.

After a decade of shooting weddings we wrapped it up with Emily and Seth and I couldn't have asked for a better couple to close out this chapter for us! Lovely couple, perfect wedding, fun evening and lots of moments captured. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Gentry!

I had so much fun riding around the farm with Gracyn for her Senior Session! I'm thinking she enjoyed it as much as I did because she said "I'm actually having so much fun!" at least 10 times that evening! Her session was not only fun but super sentimental and I was honored to get to capture these images for her as well as her family. Congratulations Gracyn!
