Lamco Apartment rentals in McPherson and Moundridge, KS. We are always accepting applications. We provide a fridge and stove in all units. All units have 1 bath.

We manage 72 apartments in McPherson located at 1492 & 1500 N Main St & 120 E Northview Ave and 12 apartments in Moundridge located at 807 & 811 S Christian Ave & 812 S Randall St. If there are no vacant units we do have a waiting list which is usually relatively short. We are a HUD approved facility and gladly accept Section 8 vouchers and most other forms of rental assistance. Applications for t

We pay for water, sewer, and trash, tenant pays for electricity and there is no gas for all units as well. McPherson does not have washer/dryer hookups but there are laundry facilities on site equipped with coin operated machines. Moundridge has washer/dryer hookups but no laundry facilities on site. Deposits are equal to one months rent and payment plans are available for the deposit. We accept pets with a $10/month fee and a deposit equal to ½ security deposit.
