I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Administration (BSBA) and a concentration in Real Estate Finance. I translated my education into a highly successful career at Freddie Mac (1994-2000), where I worked as a Loss Mitigation Specialist negotiating Pre-Foreclosures (Short Sales). Furthermore, I worked as a Business Analyst where I gained invaluable knowledge about Freddie Mac™s Automated Underwriting System which is used by several leading mortgage lenders nationwide. Having always been interested in real estate, becoming a REALTOR© was a natural transition. In this light, I incorporated crucial negotiation, business and customer relations skills learned from previous experiences. Negotiating real estate transactions and representing my clients best interest is what I do best! I speak Spanish fluently and in my spare time I enjoy traveling and looking for investment properties.
