My holiday weekend started with a bang by ratifying another buyer on their first-ever home on Friday, and ended with a home inspection on Memorial Day ❤️ This end-unit townhome in Millersville is gorgeous, and we were able to secure a deal that works for everyone thanks to the efforts from the professional agents on both sides of the sale. And just like that, my 2026 strawberry preserves-making season is done 😍 3 trips to Wegmeyer Farms yielded 9 buckets of berries, a box of donuts, LOTS of snacking, and 22 jars of homemade jam (I actually miscounted when I posted in my stories) 🍓 I love this little tradition I have and the entire process from the anticipation for the season to start, spending time in the fields, eating some fresh, and spending hours simmering and processing in my kitchen watching movies or reruns on my phone. The absolute best part is sharing it throughout the year with my friends and clients ❤️

Congratulations going out to my buyer client, Garrett, on the closing of his first home this morning in Baltimore!! A few bumps at the last minute, but we still managed to get the keys of a great little townhouse near his work, keep all contingencies, and secure a credit towards his closing costs!! Coincidentally this transaction is also a big milestone for me, as it is my 150th sale! Special thanks to Shanna Glatz and the whole team at Cardinal Title for working tirelessly to get this one across the finish line!
