👀 Would you live next to a graveyard?

I once listed a property that directly overlooked a graveyard, and I’ll admit, it made me pause at first.

For some buyers, that would be an immediate no. For others, it’s quiet, well-maintained space with zero impact on daily life. Same property, completely different perspective.

That’s one of the things I love about real estate. Every buyer experiences a home differently. What feels like a deal breaker to one person might be completely neutral or even a positive to someone else.
