y reaching the position of Division Manager. She worked closely with developers, homeowners, lenders, and local jurisdictions across various regions in Virginia and Maryland. Tracy's expertise extended to Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Loudoun, Prince William in Virginia, and Montgomery with other counties in Maryland. In 1999, Tracy co-founded Bedford Falls Development LLC, which specialized in acquiring and developing infill lots and properties within and around the Beltway. Since then, she has managed her own real estate portfolio, engaging in activities such as purchasing, selling, subdividing lots for new construction, and enhancing existing homes for resale and lease. Tracy and her family have been residents of Arlington since 1998 and currently reside in McLean, VA for the past 12 years. When not immersed in her real estate endeavors, Tracy cherishes spending quality time with her husband, Ron, their two children, and their rescue dog, Beau. She actively contributes to various charities, including her involvement on the boards of The Loudoun Serenity House and McLean Community Foundation. Tracy also indulges in entertaining, traveling, and enjoying spending time with friends and family.
