-Rising Prices Despite High Interest Rates: Home prices continue to increase even with high interest rates, making it tough for buyers to compete.
-Low Supply Driving Competition: The market has a very low supply of homes, around 1 to 1.5 months in most areas, leading to escalated prices and multiple offers.
