However, we handle important cases all over Texas and across the United States. Our law firm only handles personal injury cases and our focus centers on a strategy of quality over quantity. We are so committed to the practice of personal injury that we literally had it carved into the stone of our building. Insurance companies know which law firms try cases and which law firms do not. The insurance companies refer to the latter as "settlement lawyers" and put far less value on settlement lawyers' cases. We represented insurance companies for years before dedicating our practice to helping personal injury victims. The insurance companies know we are not afraid to try cases and that we routinely pick juries multiple times per year. We place an emphasis on thoroughly proving our clients' personal injury cases, liability and damages; and we have a particular interest in Traumatic Brain Injuries. In fact, we earned the seventh largest motor vehicle accident verdict in Texas in 2015 for a client who suffered a Minor Traumatic Brain Injury. We are dedicated to helping personal injury victims who have been hurt by the negligence of others in car accidents, commercial vehicle/18-wheeler truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle collisions, pedestrian accidents, drunk driving wrecks and other incidents involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.

💙 15 YEARS OF GIVING BACK

Our 15th Annual Burress Injury Law Charity Picnic, presented by The Finance Squad was one for the books!

Thank you to everyone who came out for an afternoon of pickleball, tennis, live music, family activities, food and plenty of fun. Even more importantly, this day was about continuing a tradition that has supported our community for 15 years.

This year’s picnic raised $111,747.14 for the Burress Community Foundation, and Burress Injury Law is matching every dollar, bringing the total impact from this year’s picnic to $223,494.28!

With this year’s contribution, we have now donated more than $1.16 million to nonprofits over the past 15 years!

A special thank you to our presenting sponsor, The Finance Squad, along with AMP PT, Lone Star Neurology, Epic Pain, Chiropractic Wellness Center and many other generous sponsors who helped make this year's picnic possible! We are also grateful for our volunteers, team and everyone who came out to support.
