Well, Good Morning!
I don’t talk about brokerage stuff very often because people have such strong opinions and I really don’t care to argue about them. I’m fiercely protective over our culture and our people. If you get it, you get it, and if you don’t, that’s okay too. Everyone should find their place they love, there’s no reason not to.
Being at Real Brokerage has brought us refinement of strategy, ideas we would never have thought of and the people to show us how to implement it (or, pay them to do it for me because, that is not my jam…automations and CRM’s, I’m more of a let’s grab coffee and strategize about the good stuff we are about to do). Real has brought us opportunities, friendships, and support we didn’t even realize we were missing.
Now with the acquisition of RE/MAX, we’re headed toward 180,000 agents strong, which is pretty incredible to watch happen in real time.
In just a year and a half here, we’ve saved over $150K in brokerage fees, we thought that was the flex, but that’s not even in the top 3 anymore.
Since being diagnosed with cancer, this community showed up for us big, they likely have no idea just how big the impact is. The monthly revenue share we receive has covered all our medical bills plus 🙌 Our agents offer to help us show houses, go to appointments with us, the company has sent speaking and teaching opportunities my way when flexibility and connection matters most and to let us know that we weren’t doing hard things alone.
I am all about culture and being surrounded by good humans. Real’s motto is “Work Hard, Be Kind” ❤️ and that’s exactly how they operate.
We’ll keep building with people who believe in that too. Welcome ReMax, it’s special here 🥰
