‼️‼️BOI FILING REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN BLOCKED (for now)‼️‼️

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas issued a preliminary national injunction in favor of the plaintiffs in the case of Texas Top Cop Shop, Inc. et al. vS. Garland yesterday 12/3/2024.

If you haven’t filled, and choose not to, please watch this case closely. It is a PRELIM injunction, not a final decision. For now, you don’t have to file. This is subject to change.

The Corporate Transparency Act and its implementing regulations, which require US business entities to report stakeholder information to the Treasury Department, were preliminarily blocked nationwide by a Texas federal court on Tuesday.

For anyone that hasn’t filed their BOI, please do so! The penalty is $500 a day per business you own. There is a LOT of fraud around this. You can file it yourself and it’s free.
It takes like 5-7 minutes.
Please don’t pay ANYONE to do this that you don’t trust (like you’re CPA or Attorney). Please don’t enter your info on any .com address. This is a .GOV deal.

And please tell your friends. The scams around this are scary.
