Richard Hannigan's legal career began as an insurance defense attorney in 1973. From 1973 to 1991, he represented both Employers and injured worker's before the Illinois Industrial Commission. In 1991, he founded Richard D. Hannigan, Ltd. where he exclusively represented the rights of injured workers and their families. Kevin Botha joined the firm in 2006 after leaving a career in the insurance in

dustry managing worker's compensation claims. In 2008, Hannigan & Botha, Ltd was formed. Since then Hannigan & Botha, Ltd. is dedicated to the zealous advocacy of injured workers. Due to the firms growing success, Kevin Reid, Esq. joined the firm in November 2016.
