The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) accused our clients of harming a child. Most people lay down at that point. Most people choose not to go up against the Government. Our clients fought back. They filed an appeal, and demanded a hearing as to the allegations.

"The Administrative Law Judge listened to the testimony and reviewed the facts of the case and determined that the Department's evidence did not support the indicated finding...your client's request for expunction of the record...be GRANTED."

These appeals are notoriously difficult to win. But our clients were willing to fight. Because they had done nothing wrong.

If you have Court, don't just get a lawyer. Get a good one.

Facing a 25 count Bill of Indictment alleging Class 2 and Class 3 Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance charges, we successfully convinced the prosecution to dismiss all felonies and charge our client with only 4 misdemeanor offenses.
