I am very happy to announce that I will be starting in February as a full-time judge in the Clayton County Magistrate Court. I am shutting down my law practice in order to take the bench. I want to thank the entire Magistrate Court staff and look forward to working with them on a full-time basis. I also want to give a very special thanks to Chief Magistrate Court Judge Keisha Wright Hill for the appointment, and to State Court Judge Sonyja George and Spalding County Chief Magistrate Court Judge Rita Cavanaugh for the their guidance and mentorship. Lastly, thank you to the attorneys and judges in the Henry County legal community, where my firm has been located for over 15 years.

I was sworn in today as a Judge in the Clayton County Magistrate Court. I am proud to be serving the County again. I will only be on the bench part-time, so my workers' compensation law practice will stay the same. Thank you to Chief Judge Keisha Wright Hill, all the folks at the Magistrate Court, and to Judge Ferguson for administering the Oath.

I am pleased to announce that I have been appointed a Judge in Clayton County Magistrate Court. I will only be serving part-time, so my workers' compensation law practice will remain the same. I am looking forward to serving the County!

We were glad to make a donation today to the Side by Side Brain Injury Clubhouse, which assists folks with brain injury-related disabilities. Their annual basketball game fundraiser had to be cancelled due to COVID-19 this year.

We rebuild lives after brain injury. Side by Side is the only program of its kind in Georgia to provide a work-oriented path to self-sufficiency through a partnership approach.
