I am asking for help finding a home that meets specific requirements:

Married couple looking to spend $300-350k for a house that can accommodate them, their pre-teen & parents who they are moving in due to failing health.

We need something in or around Graves Co. that offers separate space. In-law quarters would obviously be ideal but not necessarily required.

A split floor-plan or a bonus room over garage or even a detached they could turn into a bedroom would work.

Anything large enough for them to each have an area of living space, they can add a door to close off a hallway or move a few things around If needed.
