Just now in the office: A young lady from a different office in the building asked for my help. It went like this:

Her: "May I use this machine?"
Me: "Of course!"
Her: "I need to make a copy. I don't know how."
Me: "Oh, it's easy. It can be ornery though."
Her: "I don't know what that means."

I wonder what would have happened if I suggested she make a plethora of copies?

I would list this as an MLS listing photo pet peeve BUT I actually appreciate it because when a listing only has a few pictures, none of which are the interior, it can be frustrating. I give this pic applause for at least communicating more pics are coming. I mean.....it could have been said in the written listing info....but this works too.

For "Wonky Listing Pics" I give this a score of 9 out or 10 for wonkiness.

Guess who hasn't posted on her "professional page" in way too long!?! As Taylor Swift says "It's me...I'm the problem, it's me..."! LOL! Well, I'm baaaaaaack!

Funny story this morning...texting with another agent about scheduling a showing at one of her properties:

Her: "Let me see what I can do!" (regarding a time to see the house)

Me: "Thank you!"

Here: "There's a stripper pole in the living room currently. FYI."

Me: "Hahahahaha! That's awesome. My clients will get a kick out of it as well."

Her: "Whew! I'm glad!

I love my job!!!!!!!! The adventures of real estate make me so happy!
