the areas we serve are the heart of my work. With over 25 years of direct sales experience, 15 of which have been in management, I know the importance of positively focused coaching and mentoring. In fact, many say my optimism and supportive style is inspiring and contagious, a complement of which I am very proud. During my years in real estate, I have achieved $1, $5, and $10 Million Awards. These achievements have allowed me to understand what it takes for agents to succeed in this business no matter where we are in the market cycle. As manager of the Marysville, Delaware and Marion Coldwell Banker Realty offices, helping agents grow their business and improve their quality of life is work I am truly passionate about. Working with them one-on-one to help them establish business plans/goals, stay motivated, and achieve their goals on a weekly basis. This passion for development continues to produce Rising Stars year after year with several of our agents ranking in the top 1-9% of all agents in the nation. Together we have three grown children. Congratulations to my clients, Hunter and Emily, on the successful sale of their home and the purchase of their new one! Closed on both homes on the same day, just as we had planned!! Despite a few hiccups, including the roof being ripped off in that recent storm, we persevered. A huge shoutout to Zach McCrea. of Near Me Roofing for getting a new roof on within 10 days!

Special thanks to Bill Channel, the lender who made their new home possible, and to Quality Choice Title , Amber Booghier, for seamlessly closing both transactions. It truly takes a strong team in real estate, and I’m so honored to work alongside such dedicated professionals.
