🎉 CLOSING DAY! 🏡🔑

A huge congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of his new home!

This one happened FAST.

My buyer sent me the home and said he was curious about it. I knew we needed to move quickly, so we scheduled a showing that same night. At 8:00 PM on a Friday, we were walking through the home. Before we even left the driveway, I was calling the listing agent to let them know we'd be submitting an offer.

The next challenge? It was already late Friday night, and we needed a strong pre-approval letter immediately. Enter the real MVP of this transaction, Danny Allbritton - Loan Originator! At 10:00 PM on a Friday night, he answered my call, got to work, and had a pre-approval in our hands within the hour.

The sellers were looking for a strong buyer with a quick close. Danny confidently assured the listing agent we could get it done.
