This flexible position is responsible for front desk operations and a variety of legal-specific administrative tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with the right administrative background to gain on-the-Job training in the legal field. In our small firm, relationships come first. We take care of our clients, each other, and our families. This is a fast-paced litigation firm, so some experience in family law may help.

• Communicate frequently with clients; Clients seek our professional services related to the most traumatic events in their lives, so compassion and empathy are critical.
• Display proficiency in all Microsoft Office-based computer programs, (Google Drive, Adobe, Dropbox, Outlook, Excel, and learning ProLaw)
• Interact with court personnel, attorneys and related parties via telephone and e-mail in an efficient friendly manner.
