interesting case in light of Kyllo. Dogs and their sense of smell have long been considered infallible. I am not sure whether or not this will alter police dept. policies dramatically.

The perils of inter-connectivity in the trial setting. I think its mandatory that the Court just order the jurors to turn over their cell phones during their service, to be release back to them at the end of the day.

The Arkansas Supreme Court on Thursday tossed out a death row inmate's murder conviction and said he deserves a new trial because one juror slept and another tweeted during court proceedings.
