PART 2 ✨🏡

Now came the next challenge… finding them HOME.

And if you’ve been house hunting lately, you already know how this story starts. 😅

Of course we fell in love with a few homes that ended up in multiple offers. We toured our fair share of… let’s just politely call them “duds.” 🤣 But we kept pressing on.

Then THIS one popped up.

Ironically, it had been sitting on the market… almost like it was waiting for these guys to be ready for it. 😉 AND It checked SO many boxes.

So we went for it.

And honestly? The negotiations ended up being a huge win too. We were able to negotiate the basement couch, the massive basement TV, washer, dryer, AND refrigerator all to stay with the home… even though they were originally advertised as excluded! 🙌

Sometimes the right house isn’t the first house.
Sometimes the journey takes longer than expected.
And sometimes things fall apart because something better is waiting around the corner.

Thank you guys for trusting me to walk this journey with you AGAIN. It took a lot of patience, flexibility, and honestly some blind faith along the way, but you hung in there… and it paid off. ❤️

✨🏡480 Nursery Drive officially SOLD & settled today. 🏡✨

What most people don’t see is the story behind the sale.

When my buyers bought this home, deep down, I think we knew they were settling a little. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a lovely home, but it wasn’t quite what she had truly envisioned long term. So when I got the call a year later saying they wanted to try for something different… I honestly wasn’t surprised. 😉

We knew it would be tough. We listed at the very top end of the market range, but they committed fully. They prepped the home, got it show ready, trusted the process, and decided they had to at least TRY.

And it worked… at first.

We secured an offer, but unfortunately it fell apart during the contingency period. Defeating? Absolutely. But we kept our heads high, regrouped, and went right back to work marketing the home.

Listed 2/12.
Second buyer found 4/13.
Officially settled 5/20. 🙌

But even after all of that, we still had one hurdle left… finding suitable housing for THEM.
