The market is continuing to shift—and buyers are starting to see more opportunities open up across the Gulf Coast.
👉 Here’s the bottom line from this week’s market activity:
• 42 new listings hit the market
• 55 homes went under contract
• 26 homes closed
• 42 properties had price reductions
• Multiple homes came BACK on the market
What does that tell us?
🏡 Buyers now have:
✔️ More inventory to choose from
✔️ Better negotiating opportunities
✔️ More sellers adjusting pricing
✔️ Less pressure than earlier this year
BUT…
Homes that are priced correctly are still moving quickly, especially in desirable areas and price points.
One of the biggest things I’m watching right now is the increase in price reductions and homes returning to the market. That’s usually where some of the best opportunities start showing up for buyers who are paying attention.
This market is becoming more balanced, which means strategy matters more than ever.
