Due to a change in our phone provider, we are experiencing a service interruption to our text messaging capabilities. This is due to federal law governing bulk SMS campaigns. Though the firm does not engage in bulk messaging, we still must comply with the federal registration process. We expect this interruption to last through the end of this week and hope to have restored texting capabilities by Monday, September 9.

We had a great day at the Martinsville Chamber of Commerce golf outing! The firm sponsored a hole and gave away Indiana University football tickets and Indiana Pacers tickets for some of the golfers who joined the fun.

Often times, children removed from their homes and parents are placed in non-relative foster care homes that cannot provide gifts for the children they take in. DCS’s offices collect wish lists from these children and make efforts to collect donated toys and clothes in order to provide them with some joy during the most difficult times the kids may ever face.

If you’re looking for some last-minute ways to give back, contact your county’s DCS office today and see if they still have wish lists that need supported!

We are closed today in observance of Veteran's Day.

This day and weekend gives us an opportunity to offer thanks to all who have served our great nation. For me, it's a time to remember and thank those veterans who have made the greatest difference in my life. They are my late grandfathers - Fred Robbins, USAF (Ret.), and Paul Roberts, USN - the late United States Senator Richard G. Lugar, USN, and the most influential coach and teacher I ever had, Ed Cobb, US Army.
