In light of current events, I am taking several measures to protect clients, colleagues, and our loved ones. To that end, please review the following:
1. My offices and conference room are being sanitized before and after each closing. The HUB has also instituted several safety policies, including requiring each visitor to utilize the provided hand sanitizer upon entering.
2. If you are scheduled to come into the office, but you feel sick, or you have reason to believe you have come into contact with someone who is sick, please contact me immediately, so we can make alternate arrangements.
3. While I have always enjoyed the social atmosphere of real estate closings & the celebratory feeling of buying a house, in an effort to limit interaction and ensure space to maintain safe distances, I am requesting that essential parties only (buyers/sellers) attend closing, and that non-essential parties (loan officers/brokers/realtors/family/friends) refrain from attending closing. I understand we *all* want to come together to ensure we do the best for our clients. But at this time, the best we can do for our clients is to follow guidelines provided by medical professionals, and that includes avoiding unnecessary interactions. Fortunately, in this technological age, there are many options available to allow you to attend via FaceTime, Skype, and WhatsApp, just to name a few. I am happy to assist you in setting those up.
I have always been proud to be a part of the real estate community in the Eastern Panhandle, and I love that I get to work with all of you. I know we will all (figuratively) come together to do what is best for our clients, our friends, neighbors, and our loved ones.
Thank you,
Rachel
