Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Excel, Printer Operation), excellent grammar and punctuation skills, and excellent customer service skills. Applicant should be a Notary Public or in a position that they can become a Notary Public. Legal experience is a plus, but not required. Pay will be based on experience. NOW HIRING. I feel the need to add something to my post. This job is not easy. When people need an attorney, they are sometimes not at their best. They are sometimes dealing with a lot and need someone who can sympathize with their situation. Sometimes their situation involves very emotional issues. I have hired two people recently and both had problems dealing with people in difficult circumstances. They couldn't handle the emotional issues that some clients are dealing with. Being able to leave work at the door when you leave and pick it up when you come back in is invaluable for this position. That being said, I am hiring again. Opening for a paralegal/legal assistant for 33 hours per week (extra hours are available). Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Excel, Printer Operation), excellent grammar and punctuation skills, and excellent customer service skills.
