Lindsay and Ru thank you for letting me put this on my page. It was a privilege to handle your adoption. Lindsay got into foster parenting and just finalized an adoption. Fostering is doing Gods work. You have helped mold a beautiful young woman. I can’t wait to see what is in Ru’s future.

I don't practice immigration law. That being said, immigration consequences are directly related to my criminal practice. On August 19, 2024, the Department of Homeland Security implemented Keeping Families Together. It is a process for certain noncitizen spouses and noncitizen stepchildren of US citizens to request parole in place. This law may be a path to citizenship for your friends or loved ones. There are certain requirements that need to be met. Most importantly you cannot have a criminal history. If you think your or a loved one might qualify visit the following link. https://www.uscis.gov/i-131f You do not need an attorney to file the application. That being said it is always advisable to speak with an attorney that specializes in immigration law. I hope this helps someone.
