Another case DISMISSED! We were scheduled to have a jury trial on an assault allegation Friday. It was a baseless accusation and we filed a number of objections to hearsay evidence the prosecution was going to try to get in. Luckily for our client, the prosecution decided to make the right call and dismiss the case. A major win for our client, but these charges should have never been filed.

We got another NOT GUILTY for our client this afternoon. It was an allegation of trespass on an apartment complex’s property. Our client was supposedly given a no-trespass order and they presented surveillance video and witness testimony. With less than an hour of deliberation, the jury agreed with Alex that there were specific elements of the crime the prosecution failed to prove.
