Don’t let my disheveled sign fool you, this one was a smooth ride from start to finish.. all thanks to my amazing sellers and everyone involved.

This one hit the market right before Easter weekend with many feet of snow still on the ground. After 7 days, 22 showings, and 9 offers; we went pending and closed successfully just 35 days later.

Time to dust off the sign and plant it somewhere new.
